Controller and contact
José Ángel Pignatelli Orozco, Pignatelli GE, is the contact for this website’s data processing. Postal address: Dänikerstrasse 6, 8108 Dällikon, ZH, Switzerland. Questions and rights requests: kontakt@pignatelli-ge.ch.
Visiting the website
Loading the site transmits technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested resources and browser information to hosting infrastructure for delivery, security and diagnosis. Lovable hosts the website; Cloudflare provides delivery and security infrastructure. Infomaniak manages domain and email, not website hosting.
Lovable visitor analytics is disabled; its analytics script and session identifier are not loaded. Hosting and security logs are unaffected. According to Lovable, hosting request logs contain the URL including query parameters, HTTP method, caller IP address, response status and timing, and approximate IP-derived country and city; they do not record request or response headers or bodies. Other security or error diagnostics are distinct from these logs. The website does not use its own advertising pixels.
Recipients and international processing
Technical website data reaches Lovable Labs Incorporated, One Lincoln Street, Boston, MA 02111, United States, and the Cloudflare infrastructure used for delivery. Lovable reports worldwide delivery through CDN locations near visitors; processing is therefore not limited to Switzerland or one fixed location. Lovable’s current service-provider list is available through the provider links below. Section 12 of Lovable’s privacy policy describes Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted EEA transfers and EU Standard Contractual Clauses with a Swiss addendum for transfers from Switzerland.
Contact form and email
Sending transmits your name, email, optional company, selected service and message encrypted in the request body to the website server, not in the URL. The server validates the details and passes them to Lovable’s managed email service for kontakt@pignatelli-ge.ch. Your email address is used as the reply address. The website keeps no submission database and no form content in browser storage; entries remain in the open form after a failure. To limit abuse, a value derived from the connection address and request counters are held temporarily in memory for at most ten minutes per address; hourly totals contain no message content.
Lovable’s email service and its service providers, together with our receiving email service Infomaniak, process the message. Received delivery headers identify Mailgun’s involvement in sending; they do not establish all processing locations or retention periods. The linked provider information describes service providers and international transfers; exclusively Swiss processing or a fixed deletion deadline for email contents and sending logs is not promised here. If you explicitly choose an email draft, your own email provider also processes the message. Your enquiry is used to respond and discuss a possible project, not as mandatory newsletter registration. Correspondence is kept only as needed for the enquiry, collaboration or applicable retention duties; no fixed deletion deadline is promised here. Please do not include sensitive information and limit your message to what your enquiry needs.
Storage, duration and fonts
Acknowledgement of the storage notice lasts at most 180 days. The URL determines the language, which is not stored separately in the browser. Scroll position uses only the open tab’s session storage. Infrastructure cookies and their observed duration are listed under Cookies & storage. Lovable reports keeping hosting request logs for its own operations and security as long as needed, possibly longer for incident investigations, followed by rolling deletion or anonymisation. No fixed number of days is promised.
The Montserrat font is served with the website. Loading the font does not connect to Google Fonts.
Rights and security
You may contact us to request access and, where applicable, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing or withdraw a voluntary preference. The Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) is the Swiss supervisory authority. Additional rights apply where other data protection laws are applicable.
The site uses HTTPS and minimises its own storage. No transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. These details will be updated when actual processing changes.
